Here's how you do it. When we are drifting off to sleep the brain wave frequencies shift in our brain into what's called the theta state. The theta state is when our brain waves slow down and this is most prominent right before we drift off to sleep. An example is when you catch yourself drifting off while reading or watching tv, your head starts to bob and you find yourself catching yourself before you fall asleep. Stick with it and when you least expect it, it will manifest in your life just like magic.
