Most people are approaching the subject of physical well being from the backward perspective of their physical ailments dictating their mental attitude. In other words the thought process is along the lines of "when my body feels better, my emotional state will improve" and then I will be in alignment with what I asked for and the law of attraction will rush it into my life. While this certainly would make sense as when we are in pain or discomfort it is difficult to focus attention on anything else because the pain has become our main focus. The emotions that become dominant are that of frustration, worry, anger and fear and if you glance back at the the emotional ladder at the bottom of this post you will clearly see that those emotions are at the bottom of the ladder, therefore the vibration is very slow and feels awful. It feels as if you have to dig really deep to drum up the will power in order to go about your day and get accomplished what you need to and there is no power or pleasure in that. All of our true power comes from the relaxed state of well being.
The cells of our body are intelligent and are also seeking balance and vibrational alignment and when we are feeling negative emotion we are in the state of hindering that cellular communication. While the cells of our body and our body itself are extremely resilient, the evidence of chronic worry, anger, overwhelment or fear does show up in the form of diminished physical well being.
So the million dollar question is how do you go about feeling good when your dominant vibration is that of diminished physical well being? Fortunately the Universe has made it very easy for us to do this, there is nothing to memorize, you don't have to convert or move or anything drastic. You simply have to focus on things that you already have that are pleasing. Your attention to pleasing things will shift your vibration naturally and when your vibration shifts you will feel gradual improvement. Remember, you didn't just wake up one day not feeling good, although it might have seemed that way. You gradually throughout the course of your life picked up resistant patterns of thought which fostered a belief within you that manifested a chronic condition or ailment. Much like it was a gradual process of resistant thought that caused dis-ease (a body that is not at ease) it will be a gradual process of releasing resistant thoughts and raising your vibration and then the well being will flow naturally like it once did. Allow your emotions to guide you through this process. What your feeling emotionally is your point of attraction, that is the basis of the law of attraction. That which is like attracts. Another effective way to shift your vibration is to meditate and to focus on your breathing. Breathing is key to releasing resistance and having a daily routine of meditation will allow you to get into a higher vibration naturally. The same premise holds true for yoga, pilates or even just a refreshing walk. Anything that takes your focus off of the "what is" and shifts your focus will bring a certain level of relief and that is all you have to do. There is great power in just a subtle shift of relief which is what "feel better now" is all about.
Another important aspect to consider is to not be to quick to keep score of your progress. What happens to a lot of people is that they begin to create momentum and shift their vibration only to stop and reflect and say, geez, I have been doing this for a week and I only feel a slight improvement. Big mistake! Your mere focus on what is perceived as not working will only activate the vibration of "not working" and will invite more negative patterns of thought into your consciousness. Instead, do this process of releasing of resistance just for the sake of feeling good and not for the sake of "making something happen". Just relax in the thought of feeling good and have faith that all your desires will come rushing in the moment you get in alignment with the vibration of your desires. It's not your job to figure out the "how", just relax, let go and let God.
